Return procedure
- Contact us at contact@lamode-femme.fr with your order number.
- Return the item(s) new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- The return address will be provided to you by email after your request.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of the return, using the original payment method.
Exchanges
For a size exchange, please place a new order and return the original item. This process is faster for you.
